Terms
and Conditions
We accept
money orders, Master Card, Visa, Discovery, and American Express.
Personal checks are accepted via the mail (not online) and will be
held for 2 weeks before items are shipped.
We do not
send goods on approval; only on purchase.
Non-US
customers, additional postage beyond what is shown in the shopping
basket will be added to cover the actual cost of shipping to your
location. Import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Special/Custom
orders are not returnable unless defective in construction or
fabric: TN Highlander is not responsible for incorrect
measurements or tartan selections given by customer.
Returnable
purchases must be returned within 15 days in 'new' condition.
If Items have been washed or damaged by the buyer, the
purchase price will not be refunded. Shipping costs are not
refunded.
Due to
circumstances beyond our control, some items may not be available
for immediate delivery. We will, however, deliver with minimum
delay.
Prices are
subject to change without notice, due to fluctuating
currency, or as manufacturers' price changes.
Any
merchandise received damaged (during shipping) must be reported
immediately to
sales@tnhighlander.com.
Not
responsible for color variations on different monitors. Our
representation of colors in tartans, jackets and other images are
as true to life as we can make them. Your monitor may show them
differently.
Once
personal information is received at our offices, all records are maintained
off-line to preclude any possibility of outside access while under
our control.
