Like the Scottish Argyle jacket, the semi-formal Kilkenny can be worn for day or evening Irish events, by simply changing the accessories worn.

 

     Worn with a kilt / trousers and accessories, the Kilkenny is perfect for any occasion where a black tie is requested - from weddings to ceilidhs. Available in a stock size or made to measure of  100% Barathea Wool. With a more rounded cut for a distinctive Irish style. Bottle green with Irish buttons.

 

Brian Boru Irish Jacket

The Brian Boru is an evening wear "black-tie" jacket. While the starting point for the design was the Prince Charlie jacket, it has been modified and enhanced significantly to establish a unique Irish design.

 

Illustrated here worn with matching bow tie and dress sporran. Is also suitable for day wear with standard tie and when a day-wear or semi-dress sporran would be more appropriate.

 

Stock jackets are tailored from the finest quality 100% all wool barathea and is available in 15 oz. from stock or 19 oz. as Made-to-Measure.
