Argyle, Braemar and Crail

Kilt Jacket

 The Argyle outfit is normally worn at day events where the Prince Charlie would be considered over dressed. The other differences are that a belt and tie can be used instead of the bow. It can, however, be worn at any function with appropriate dress sporran and black bow and still be suitable.

 

  Our standard Argyle Jackets are supplied in high grade 15oz. black Barathea 100% wool with gauntlet cuffs. All jackets are supplied with our unique thistle jaquard lining and silk epaulettes. For special color requests please order through "Made to Measure Jackets" below. All jackets are shipped from Scotland when ordered.

 

  Crail and Braemar jackets are available but are not stocked and will take longer to receive.  Crail - Identical in most ways to the Argyll jacket, but the Crail has plain cuffs. Braemar - has Prince Charlie style cuffs.   Optional for all styles - Wear with matching 5 button vest.
